When can I expect my order?

At Velinamoda, we ship products directly from our suppliers to help keep prices low. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4-6 business days within Spain.

The estimated delivery date has passed. What should I do?

Most orders arrive on time. However, occasional delays may occur. If more than 3 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@velinamoda.com and we will assist you promptly.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Part of my order is missing. Where is it?

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

I ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or I've changed my mind. Can I return it?

Yes. Please contact our support team first at info@velinamoda.com . In most cases, you'll only have to cover the return shipping costs. We'll guide you through the next steps.
