Shipping costs

At Velinamoda, shipping within Spain is completely free, regardless of the order value. We deliver your products directly to the address you provide, at no extra cost.

Preparation and shipping

Have you found something you love? We want you to receive it as soon as possible! Every order is processed with care and efficiency.

This is how the standard process works:

  • After you place your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to prepare it. Sometimes even less. There may be slight delays during weekends or holidays.
  • Once prepared, the package is shipped. The average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order. You can also check our tracking page for more details.

Have you received your package yet?

We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn't fit or you'd like to make a return, please see our returns page for more information.

Did the product arrive damaged?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience! Damage can sometimes occur during shipping. In that case, we will send you a free replacement. If the problem recurs, we will issue a full refund.

How to place an order at Velinamoda?

Shopping at Velinamoda is very easy:

  • Go to the product page you want and click on “Add to cart”.
  • Select the corresponding size or color and click “Complete purchase”.
  • Enter your address and check that the information is correct. Then click on “Next - Shipping”.
  • You'll see a summary of your order, where we confirm that shipping is free. Click on "Next - Payment".

Select your preferred payment method and click "Place Order." You will be redirected to a secure page where you can complete your purchase by following the instructions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Haven't you received your order?

If your package has been lost or undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will send you a new one completely free of charge. If your order has not arrived after 60 days, we will refund the full amount.
